Folky is the word that came to mind when I stumbled upon this etsy shop, GingerLouiseClothing.
Ruffles are a big feature in their design, you see them almost everywhere, on the hem, sleeves, and skirt. Very cutesy and whimsical, all done in a very tasteful kind of way.
